Pirata – the first solo project of Travis Limoge

After years of crafting his vision, in 2018 Chef Travis Limoge knew it was time to move to the place that had inspired him for so many years: the coast of Oaxaca in Puerto Escondido. By relying on regional products and paying respect to the land and ocean which share with us their bounty, Travis’ goal for PIRATA is to pay homage to the country that welcomed him with open arms and the people who so readily shared their ancestral knowledge of their culture and cuisine with him.
